DAY ONE: ARRIVAL – MOMBASA
On arrival, meet and assist at Moi International Airport, Mombasa. Thereafter you will be transferred to Severin Sea Lodge. Severin Sea Lodge is located 30 km away from Moi International Airport at Mombasa's exotic palm fringed North Coast The hotel is set amongst lush tropical gardens. This holiday paradise is only 20 minutes from the bustling town and harbour of Mombasa.
Accommodation is in 100 uniquely styled makuti thatched 'Karibu' class rondavels. All rooms have air conditioning and additional roof ventilation, mosquito nets, bathroom with shower and a balcony. Comfort class rooms feature handmade Lamu style furniture, satellite television, telephone, mini-bar, fruit baskets, hairdryers, in room safe and data ports. Unique to Severin Sea Lodge is the Imani Dhow restaurant that is berthed on an old Arabian sailing dhow and serves local delights as well as international cuisine. DAY TWO: MOMBASA
After breakfast you proceed on a full day spectacular city tour of Mombasa. On the tour you will visit the Old Town and see Fort Jesus, constructed by the Portuguese in 1593 and Kilindini Old Port, where you see some dhows. The Old Town is a grid of narrow winding streets lined with houses built to coastal Swahili and Indian styles. Some of the houses have intricately carved doors similar to what you find in Zanzibar and Lamu. At the Akamba Handicraft market, you will see artists carve various crafts as you watch. You will also pass by Marikiti market and an Indian Temple.After lunch at Bombolulu, you head for Haller Park. The park is named after the Swiss agronomist whose vision transformed a huge abandoned cement quarry into a spectacular 7 sq km nature and animal sanctuary.

DAY THREE: TSAVO EAST
after having a warm succulent breakfast, at 0800Hrs checks out and drive to Tsavo East National park. Arrive in time for lunch and check in at Voi Safari lodge. Earlier after at leisure and later game-drive in the park, visit the Yatta Plateau, the world's longest lava flow, runs along the western boundary of the park above the Athi River. Its 290 km length was formed by lava from Ol Doinyo Sabuk Mountain, flanked by stately doum a palm which near the Manyani gate forming the Lugard Falls, Galana Crocodiles View Point, Aruba Dam and The Mudanda Rock is a 1.6 km inselberg of stratified rock that acts as a water catchment that supplies a natural dam below. It offers an excellent vantage point for the hundreds of elephants and other wildlife that come to drink during the dry season.
We shall then disembark for a late evening at your lodge.
